Charlee keeps Herman and Spur thigh tortoises. Her passion from tortoises
began at a young age when good old George the tortoise was on Blue Peter. Charlee has succesfully hatched, hibernated
and over-wintered tortoises over the past few years.
Charlee also passed with distinction, the Tortoise Trust course in chelonian
husbandry.
Charlee is against the importing of tortoises and hopes to one day see a
stop in this trade. She therefore has a passion for educating people into the proper care of tortoises and believes
only in purchasing them from resgistered breeders.
